I ordered this set as a gift for a friend for Christmas and when she received the item, one of the two fragrances was shattered to pieces. I ask Rebl if they could send a replacement and they said no and said they'd give me a $20 credit. I understand they couldn't replace the small vial by itself but they could've replaced the entire set; it'd be the right thing to do. My former now has half a gift for Christmas and I feel so bad. Ive had a missing order from Macy's and they were more than willing to reship the item for me at no extra cost. I really do love your company but I'm definitely hesitant to order from you all again.
