Where do you ship?
Currently we ship within the U.S, and to Canada. We are working on implementing new international shipping methods which we hope to have available soon. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii.
We are unable to deliver packages to P.O boxes. Please make sure to include a complete street address with your order.
When will my package be shipped?
Most packages are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed. A shipping notification email with tracking information will be sent out as soon as your order has shipped.
How do I track my order?
You can always use the tracking information in your confirmation email to check your package’s location. Please allow 24 - 48 hours once you receive this link for tracking details to update.
I can't find my package?
Please check the tracking information contained in the shipping email we’ve sent. If your package shows as delivered, in most cases we’ve found it has been left in the building or delivered to a neighbor. Please double check and let us know if you’re able to locate it. If you’re still unable to find your package please give us a call at 1-(844) 973-0606 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Over 1 million packages disappear in the U.S daily. Due to the high level of package theft nationwide, we are unable to process refunds for lost or missing orders. The risk of loss of products purchased on REBLscents.com pass to the customer upon delivery of products to the carrier.
How do I change or cancel My Order?
If your order has not been fulfilled and shipped, you can contact us within 24 hours to cancel your order. We try to fill and send your order as quickly as possible, which may limit our ability to add items to your order or prevent a package from shipping. Please email us at email@example.com or call us at 1-(844) 973-0606 9am - 5pm EST M - F and we’ll try to help you as quickly as possible.
Do you accept returns?
You may return any “Non-Sale“ items (items not identified with a sales label) within 30 days of purchase date, and you will receive a full refund minus the cost of shipping.
You may only return “Sale” items (items identified with a sales label) if the item is in Unopen/Original condition, including original sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase date, and you will receive a full refund minus the cost of shipping.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undeliverable, unclaimed and refused packages. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. The only exception to this is if we have made a shipping error.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
With standard shipping, each order takes approximately 3 to 6 business days to be received from the moment it’s shipped.
We try to process your orders ASAP, but please note that it can take 1 to 2 business days for your items to be processed and shipped.
You can always refer back to your shipping confirmation email to check the location of your items.
For Canada orders only:
We are continuing to fulfill and ship all orders without delay, however, please note that due to COVID-19 shipping slowdowns you may experience shipping delays with carriers including USPS and UPS. Canada orders may take longer than 14 business days to be received. Please be sure to monitor your tracking details once shipped.
For Canadian orders, an international surcharge will be charged at checkout. It covers the cost of any duties, taxes and/or related fees, and is calculated based upon your order. No additional payment of duties, taxes or related fees will be required upon delivery.
We have partnered with Landmark Trade Services Ltd., a licensed Canadian Customs Broker to provide international customers with an enhanced shipping and returning experience.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, you can select our expedited shipping option which offers a 1 to 3 business day delivery.
Just like with standard delivery, please keep in mind that some orders may take 1 to 2 business days to be processed and shipped.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Dinners Club, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
How do I change my credit card info?
It’s easy! As you complete your shopping proceed to checkout. You will have the option when you are reviewing your order to edit your credit card info.
Are all of your products made by REBL?
No. While some of our scents are created and manufactured by us, we select scents from other boutique and established names that we feel match the vision of our brand.
All fragrances carried by REBL are 100% authentic. We do not sell samples, testers, duplicates or replicas. All of our products come exclusively from authorized US distributors and ship to you directly from our facility in the US.
Are your products Cruelty-Free?
Many fragrances on REBL are Cruelty Free. However, as we do carry multiple brand names, we do not claim every product on our website to be Cruelty Free. Please check the item’s description to identify which products have been labeled Cruelty Free by the Brand or Manufacturer.
Where are your products created?
Our products come from the US, France, the UK, Spain, Germany, Italy and Switzerland. Each item description on our website features Country and product manufacturing information.
