I was so excited to order from Rebl, order was seamless . After minutes of ordering I got the notification that my order was shipped. I was so excited. I got my order between 5-7 days later. When I opened my package the disappointment came. I ordered 2 perfumes pretty privilege and Gucci guilty. The pretty privilege was there but not the Gucci guilty. I immediately tried contacting customer service. It was the worst chat customer service experience I’ve ever had. I work in telecommunications and I’ve worked as a chat representative. I know what the experience is suppose to be like from both ends. It was horrible. The representative emailed me hours later because they were not responding to my chat messages . They apologized for the missing product and told me that I would receive an email confirmation that my product would be shipped out. That was a week ago. Still no email and no product. The Gucci guilty is not cheap. So I WANT MY MONEY OR THE PRODUCT PLEASE!!!!!!
